PosRep and Progress messages are already sent to the Dispatch client: just bring it online with the company callsign (say, BAW) and have this company callsign present on the aircraft as well (FMC COMM init). All progress messages are not sent to BAW and the Dispatch Station can even list them in a separate window for the whole fleet.
The ADS-C editor is an online tool to operate the airborne ADS-C transmitters. Like in reality, this system needs to be primed for each aircraft by sending it a contract request. You can make this request automatic if your aircraft operates on a known callsign ahead of time.
