Due to the known PHP security issue, this web site is temporarily unavailable. I've shut it down so the bots don't get a chance to exploit it.
I expect the shutdown to not last more than a few hours. Just follow the world news to get progress information.
The PHP fix is expected October 21, 14:00z. It will take a while after that for this web site to return to normal.
