It really is a tennis court! We think that the airport authorities permanently rent a court or annexed it. It surely looks like they simply removed the gravel and put up the hut. Ok, no lighting.

Close-up. Standard construction. In Limburg, all beacons have the red warning plate 'Danger High Voltage'. But this has only to do with the normal HF power, and there is nothing different between the Limburg equipment and the rest of the Netherlands (source within LVNL confirmed this).
